Established in 2008, the Rekursive team now extends from the U.S. to Singapore to China. We are positioned to provide our consulting services both locally, in the U.S., as well as globally, with international resources.
Eu Tak has been developing software since 1993, when he taught himself to program in BASIC while attending high school in Singapore. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business at Carnegie Mellon University. While at CMU he did summer internships with Trilogy and IBM Extreme Blue.
After graduating from CMU he moved to Seattle to work for Microsoft. He was first a Software developer working on Microsoft Office products, then led the Microsoft Exchange Server Outlook Web Access team in design and project management as a program manager. After eight years with Microsoft he decided to leave the company to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities in Beijing, China.
In 2008, Eu Tak founded funtouristattractions.com, a visual travel guide with tens of thousands of photos and videos of visitor attractions around the world. Thousands of people visit the website daily, a testament to his successful SEO strategy and online marketing campaigns.
He is fluent in spoken + written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
Jason started his career with Andersen Consulting's (Accenture) Palo Alto office, focusing on technology strategy and software engineering projects with clients like eBay, Network Associates and the California State Government. He subsequently joined BearingPoint's New York office, where he advised clients on their network and technology infrastructure strategy.
Jason also founded a flooring company in Atlanta and focused on the sourcing of products from Asia to service the booming construction market in the US in the mid-2000s. He later oversaw the merger of his company with another distributor. His customers now include the two largest ecommerce flooring sites in the world, and also a number of the top 25 distributors in the US.
Mr Loh expanded into the China ecommerce space in 2009, founding one of China's first ecommerce flooring sites, wodediban.com.Jason completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration as well as his Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management at Carnegie Mellon University.
Jason holds a commission as an officer in the Singapore Armed Forces (Guards Unit).
He is also fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese.
